We track who the user was that first introduced another user based on inclusion in emails. For each ten people introduced who sign-up for a paid account, the referrer gets one month of Basic service free. This data is tracked from our launch date and when a user first joins, credit will be retro-active once we start charging. Credits will be backed-out if the referred user requests a refund for the first month.
When we initiate training on user conversations, all users will be in an OPT-OUT state. Users who opt-in will get credits toward usage.
